Senior Center
Department of Social Services operates Senior Center as part of Comstock Community Center.

Center sponsors wide range of programs at various times weekdays, including:
• Hot lunch, Tues.-Thurs. Reservations required; donation requested.
• Senior Center Book Group, lively, informal discussion of books selected by Wilton Library staff (with input from members of Group), followed by lunch. Fourth Tues. of Sept., Oct., Jan., Feb., March, April. 11 a.m.
• SeniorNet Computer Learning Center teaches computer skills and other aspects of information technology in ways particularly appropriate for older adults. Modest fee.
• Corridors, Center newsletter with schedules and details of programs.

Supportive Services to Families and Caregivers
Department of Social Services provides information on and referral to such services as the support groups and respite programs of Nursing and Home Care, Inc., at Comstock Community Center, 203-762-8958.
Transportation Services

• Dial-a-Ride, Town program operated out of Parks and Recreation Department. Directed toward senior citizens and disabled. Limited to Wilton and Norwalk. Reservations required. Nominal fee.

• At Your Service: At Home Program: books, magazines, audiobooks mailed to homes of those unable to get to Library; special pouch provided for postage-paid return
